We provide massages between the hours of 10am-8pm Monday-Friday. We recognize that some people's lives operate outside of regular business hours. Anything outside of these times will be considered on a per-case basis.
We have set our "address" as the Post Office in Liberty, NC (416 W Swannanoa Ave) for determining travel distance . Using Google maps, we will travel 25 miles from this starting point without requiring a travel fee. For distances outside of this, the travel fee would be waived with a minimum of 4 hours booked unless overnight accomodations are necessary. This would be determined at the time of booking and at the therapist's discretion.
At GOAT Mobile Massage, our current rates are $100 per hour. 90 minutes is $150 and 2 hours is $200.
If you want to schedule a massage outside of our normal business hours, it will be considered on a per-case basis and could include an additional upcharge starting at 50% with payment required in full when booking prior to the service.
A 50% deposit is required for all new clients. Established clients in good standing are exempt from this advance payment policy. In order to keep massage costs down, we require a 24hr cancellation notice from all clients so that your reserved time can be rebooked. Since all of our services include traveling to your location, it's not as simple as having a cancellation that another client can fill at the last minute. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a 50% fee will be charged the first time and 100% fee will be charged on repeat occasions.
At this time, all massages must be booked over the phone or in person. Due to the nature of traveling for mobile massage, online booking is not practical as a small business. We may have clients that are several miles apart at times which necessitates figuring out travel time and making sure we have enough of a gap between appointments to arrive on time. Also, for the safety of our therapists, we need to physically speak to potential clients before booking a service to make sure everyone understands what is and IS NOT going to happen during their service. Safety first, y'all!
That's a great question! We have set up in living rooms, kitchens, large bedrooms, on porches and even in gazebos! We need 5 feet by 9 feet of space to set up our table and maneuver around it. If we are doing a couple's massage, we need double this space. It can be either in the same room or separate areas.
We use Square for credit card payments as well as allow payments through Zelle, CashApp and Venmo. Cash is also welcome.
Ahhh, we're so glad you asked!! This is our most requested massage. We blend the deep tissue with relaxation in order to be effective in untangling the knots you have as well as relax the nervous system for ongoing benefits to your body. Think of it as a very sneaky approach to getting the deep tissue results you need without feeling like you just got beat up in the process. Definitely a customer favorite!
